Privacy Policy

Details that have been provided to any of our team or through our administration office, by any person expressing an interest in our courses, may be held on the DPYK North Devon database unless and until the person specifically requests that those details are not retained or are removed.

The details will only be used for the purpose of informing interested persons of developments with the work of DPYK North Devon including forthcoming courses and events. No personal details will be passed to any third party outside of DPYK North Devon administrative team (including employees of Carrier Direct Marketing) without the express consent of the individual involved.

If an enquirer supplies a telephone number, a member of our team may ring that person to seek feedback in order to improve the level of service provided, or if there is an immediate problem with the request the enquirer has sent.

Anyone receiving such contact about the ongoing work of DPYK North Devon who wishes that contact to stop or for their details removed from the DPYK North Devon database should contact the DPYK North Devon administration office to express their wish.

DPYK North Devon does not record any personally-identifying information about your visit to this website.

Our privacy policy may change periodically without prior notice, therefore, it may be useful to check back periodically to note any changes.

You have the right under the Data Protection Act 1998 to request a copy of the information we hold about you (for which we will charge an administration fee of £5.00). Course Fees and Cancellations

Any person paying monies to book their place(s) on forthcoming courses via this website will do so via our secure Pay Pal account. Payment can also be made over the phone. Any monies received prior to the start of a course are non-refundable, although DPYK North Devon reserves the right to provide a part or full refund as a gesture of good will to those who are then unable to attend.

The booking fee covers attendance at any or all of the six sessions of the course and a DPYK Course Book. Anyone unable to attend one or more session is not entitled to any refund, although, again DPYK North Devon reserves the right to provide a part or full refund as a gesture of good will.

Any person unable to attend any of the sessions of the course onto which they are booked is welcome to join the corresponding session on any subsequent course.

Using this Website

Whilst we endeavour to ensure that the information on this site is up to date and correct, no warranty or representation, express or implied, is given to its accuracy or completeness and we do not accept any liability for error or omission.

The limitations of liability in relation to this web site apply to all damages of any kind including, without limitation, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.

In all cases where you provide personal details, we will use this information to deliver the services and/or information you have requested and for our internal administration and marketing purposes. We do not share your personal information with third party companies.
